Significance level for each paired t-test comparing mean number of postoperative glaucoma medications and baseline number of medications.
When significance levels <0.05 for ANOVA, post hoc Tukey’s test was performed and showed the following significances for mean number of medications: CA vs ACE subgroups (0.7±1.1 vs 1.7±1.6, P=0.045) at 1 month, CA vs A subgroups (1.3±1.1 vs 2.5±1.2, P=0.019) at 3 months, CA vs AE subgroups (1.4±1.1 vs 2.5±1.8, P=0.029) at 6 months, CA vs AE subgroups (1.5±1.2 vs 2.9±1.3, P=0.023) as well as CA vs ACE subgroups (1.5±1.2 vs 3.3±0.5, P=0.049) at 3 years.
