Figure-1Demonstrate electrophoresis of the amplified products for detection of the ChB6 gene. M represents the 100 bp molecule PCR marker. Lanes 1-8 represent the specific PCR product of positive breeds at the correct expected size for ChB6 (215 bp). Lanes 9 and 10 were negative.
