PET-CT Cancer Imaging.

Bryant Furlow.

Abstract

Positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) imaging combines the anatomic precision of CT with the molecular-metabolic detail of PET. This creates information-enriched images that can inform diagnostic oncology, tumor staging, treatment planning, and treatment monitoring. ©2018 American Society of Radiologic Technologists.
