These estimates were pulled from the ISOGG Autosomal DNA Testing Comparison Wiki (https://isogg.org/wiki/Autosomal_DNA_testing_comparison_chart), following an approach similar to that first used by Leah Larkin. These estimates are also consistent with another recent report by Yaniv Erlich et al. [2]
