Abstract
Hydroxyapatite from two sources was electrophoretically deposited onto flat titanium plate material. Depending upon the deposition conditions various changes in the structure of the ceramic were identified. A well-adhering Ti-P compound was present at the interface. Hydroxyapatite oxygenated to various degrees and tetracalcium phosphate were reproducibly formed in the coating.Entities:
