Abstract
BACKGROUND: Treatment for hoarding disorder is typically performed by mental health professionals, potentially limiting access to care in underserved areas. All numbers are for all participants who were randomised to treatment with one exception: the SI-R results are reported both for all participants and for those who completed treatment. Treatment-completers N = 118 for the G-CBT group and N = 113 for the G-PFT group.
