Abstract
Conditions are described for the generation and detection of murine cytotoxic cells which lyse influenza virus-infected target cells. A number of criteria indicated that most and probably all of the activity was due to T cells. These criteria included the susceptibity of cytotoxic activity to treatment with anti-theta ascitic fluid plus complement and the enhancement of lysis when there was H2 compatibility between donors of effector and virus-infected target cells.Entities:
