| Asymptomatic current or ex-smoker | ECOG score of ≥ 2 |
| Smoking history of at least 30 pack-years and tobacco use within last 15 years | Treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis, pneumonia, or interstitial lung disease |
| Diagnosis of other cancers* within 5 years before enrollment | |
| Chest CT performed within 6 months before enrollment |
