The chemical composition of yellow corn silage (DM basis) was 92.33% for organic matter, 73.69% for neutral detergent fibre, 43.19% for acid detergent fibre and 6.5% for crude protein.
Premix composition/kg: Vitamin A, 1,000,000 IU; Vitamin D3, 350,000 IU; Fe, 4,200 mg; Cu, 2,500 mg; Mn, 5,700 mg; Zn, 5,700 mg; I, 85 mg; Se, 85 mg; and Co, 30 mg.
Rumen degradable protein and total digestible nutrients were calculated according to NRC [14].
