Poliovirus neutralization and the percentage law. Brief report.

P Brioen, A Boeyé.

Abstract

The degree of neutralization of poliovirus by mono- and polyclonal antibodies is determined by the antibody/virion ratio at virus concentrations exceeding 10(8) PFU/ml, and by the antibody concentration alone at lower virus doses.
