Abstract
Hyperammonemia is a rare adverse effect of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) therapy, but can be very serious, even fatal. Physicians must be aware that hyperammonemic encephalopathy sometimes develops as an adverse event after 5-FU therapy.Entities:
