Abstract
Portal vein embolization (PVE) is a pre-operative treatment modality in adults undergoing hepatectomy with concerns of post-operative liver failure from insufficient future liver remnant (FLR). PVE induces growth in the FLR. The success of this technique is well described in adults, but not in young children with hepatoblastoma.Entities:
