Figure 1The data show the first‐phase insulin secretion with different glucose tolerance status. The acute insulin response (AIR) and the area under the curve of the first‐phase insulin secretion (AUC) had abnormal distributions and were statistically analyzed after logarithmic transformation. < 0.05 compared with normal glucose tolerance (NGT). < 0.05 compared with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).
