Unexplained unilateral absence of ovary and fallopian tube.

Abstract

Two cases of unilateral absent tube and ovary discovered incidentally during laparoscopy are presented. This is very rare, occurring in only one in 11241 females. Only six other cases have been reported so far in the literature.
