Abstract
Due to their clinical advantages, synthetic mono-filament sutures are dominantly used for postoperative wound closures. We present two patients who suffered rare skin reactions to either poliglecaprone 25 or glyconate sutures, following breast cancer lumpectomy. This report aims to make perioperative practitioners and clinicians aware of reactions to sutures and possible management options.Entities:
