Figure 3Images of the view through the direct flexible laryngoscopy for patient 3 with right vocal fold paralysis. Fullness of the right vocal fold was seen at 1 month after injection therapy, and a decrease in the fullness of the right vocal fold was seen at 3 months. The fullness of the vocal fold was maintained after 3 months as observed at 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery.
