Figure 1The plasma AEA levels throughout the menstrual cycle were measured. The plasma AEA levels of the patients in the cross-sectional (n=74) and longitudinal groups (n=10) were measured by a UPLC-MS/MS system. The four phases of menstrual cycle include the early follicular (day 2-6), late follicular (days 8-12), ovulatory (day 13-16) and luteal (day 16-30) phases. The results were presented as mean +/-SEM. The significance of the variation was summarized in Table 2 and 3
