Abstract
A patient is described with a hormone-secreting interstitial cell tumor, manifesting metastasis 7 years after removal of a reportedly benign primary tumor. The late course of the disease was followed by computerized tomography and serum hormone assays. Previously reported cases of metastatic interstitial cell tumor are reviewed, and prognostic features and treatment are discussed.Entities:
