Abstract
OBJECTIVE: Tenecteplase-based pharmacoinvasive percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been shown to yield outcomes comparable to primary PCI in the setting of acute ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). This study was designed to compare the efficacy of pharmacoinvasive PCI following successful thrombolysis with Streptokinase versus primary PCI in patients with STEMI.Entities:
