Abstract
Noninvasive dynamic positron emission tomography (PET) imaging was used to investigate the balance between renal clearance and tumor uptake behaviors of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-modified porphyrin nanoparticles (TCPP-PEG) with various molecular weights. TCPP-PEG10K nanoparticles with clearance behavior would be a good candidate for PET image-guided photodynamic therapy.Entities:
