Abstract
A 7-year-old girl presented to the emergency department of the eye clinic with an eyeball perforation with iris prolapse and corneal as well as scleral wounds of the left eye caused by a spinning toy (fidget spinner). A surgical wound inspection with iris reposition and corneal and scleral suture were performed without delay. This case report demonstrates the potential risk of this popular toy.Entities:
