Abstract
A case of idiopathic central serous chorioretinopathy with bullous retinal detachment occurring in a patient with Crohn's disease is described. This rare eye condition (36 reported cases in the world's literature) has previously been seen in association with ulcerative colitis, and its occurrence in a patient with Crohn's disease suggests that it may represent another ophthalmologic complication of inflammatory bowel disease.Entities:
