Abstract
BACKGROUND: Somatic complaints are often the presenting symptoms of major depressive disorder (MDD) in the outpatient context, because this may go unrecognized. It is well understood that MDD carries an increased risk of suicide. 120 patients had suicide risk, of which there are 84 low scores (1–8), moderate to 26 individuals (9–16), high score of 10 people (≥17).
