Abstract
A new rat anti-mouse mAb, designated S7, is described. The antibody, an IgG2a, reacts with all Thy-1.2-positive cells and all granulocytic cells in the marrow. Resting B cells are non-reactive but, during the terminal phases of LPS-induced B cell differentiation, the S7 determinant appears and reaches high levels of expression. S7 will probably be useful in studies aimed at subdividing the later stages of the B cell maturation process.Entities:
