Abstract
AIMS: Orthostatic hypotension (OH) is a cardinal sign of autonomic dysfunction and a common co-morbidity in heart failure (HF). The role of autonomic dysfunction in the development of structural cardiac anomalies in HF patients has not been sufficiently explored.
