For each participant with complete genotype information for the 7 SNPs, the number of alleles associated with low HDL-C were counted (C of rs3764261, T of rs1883025, T of rs4225, and T of rs16851339). Subjects with 0-2, 3-5, or 6-8 alleles were grouped.
