Abstract
[Purpose] The anti-gravity treadmill (Alter-G®) allows the load on the lower limbs to be adjusted, which is considered useful for patients with lower limb osteoarthritis. Oxygen uptake was significantly increased during exercise compared with rest of LGW and AGW. There was no change between LGW and AGW in oxygen uptake. No interaction was observed in oxygen uptake for LGW or AGW.
