Abstract
The histological and immunohistochemical type of chemically induced (injection of N-methyl-N-nitrosourea into the mammary gland) breast tumor was studied in Wistar females. The tumor induced by N-methyl-N-nitrosourea was moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma with infiltrative growth lacking estrogen-α and human epidermal growth factor receptors, and expressing progesterone receptors; tumor cells were characterized by high proliferative activity. This variant of chemically induced breast tumor corresponds to human breast cancer luminal type B.Entities:
