The premix provided per kilogram of diet: 60 mg of iron as iron sulfate, 48 mg of manganese as manganous oxide, 48 mg of zinc as zinc oxide, 12 mg of copper as copper sulfate, 0.30 mg of iodine as calcium iodate, 0.36 mg of selenium as sodium selenite, Vitamin A, 25,000 IU; Vitamin D, 340,000 IU; Vitamin E, 1,000 IU.
