Abstract
We describe a novel technique of subcutaneous endoscopically assisted ligation of spermatic vessels (SEAL-SV) using a modified epidural-&-spinal needle. This technique achieves very cosmetic and minimally invasive outcomes. We have successfully performed SEAL-SV for five consecutive boys and considered it a simple, safe, and effective procedure for adolescent varicoceles.Entities:
