These products were included based on information from employees in tobacco shops and the internet (Cig-TP4 and Cig-TP8, the colourful design of the package (Cig-TP7), or ingredient lists that manufacturers annually send to the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM)10 (Cig-TP6 and Cig-TP3).
