INTRODUCTION: Parks are important settings for increasing population-level physical activity (PA). Respondents were the parents or guardians of children and adolescents participating in Park Hop. Of 746 registered participants, 278 completed the preintervention survey and 122 completed the postintervention survey. Pre- and postintervention surveys were matched for 77 participants by using a date of birth for the child or adolescent and the email address of the parent or guardian.
All P values obtained by using independent-samples t tests.
Measured with 1 item rated on a scale of 1 (very unsafe) to 5 (very safe).

Measured with 1 item asking parents or guardians to rate on a scale of 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree) their agreement with the following statement: “My child enjoys parks in Greenville County.”
