Abstract
Our bodies and natural environment contain complex microbial communities, colloquially termed microbiomes. We previously created a web-based application, EMPeror, for visualizing ordinations derived from comparisons of these microbiome communities. We have now improved EMPeror to create interactive animations that connect successive samples to highlight patterns over time.Mesh:
