Sensor performance was compared for n = 40 clinical samples.
Calibration dose response analysis for cardiac Troponin-T antigen diluted in 7% bovine serum albumin.
Cardiac Troponin-T concentrations in the range of 0.001 pg/ml to 10,000 pg/ml were analyzed for n = 3 replicates. Error bars indicate two standard deviation for n = 3 replicates.
