[Relation of urination disorders and tonometric changes of the urethral profile following surgery of incontinence].

J Eberhard1, G Schär.

Abstract

Incontinence operations often lead to micturition complications postoperatively. A study aimed at finding the cause for micturition complications was carried out by examining the postoperative urethra pressure profile on 324 patients. The results prove, that in patients with micturition complications postoperatively, defined urethra sections show a significant better vesico urethral pressure transmission due to scar formation depending on the operating technique.
