Abstract
We report a 5-year-old patient with severe pulmonary hypertension and a large secundum atrial septal defect who benefited from a percutaneous closure of the defect with an Occlutech® custom-made fenestrated device. Whereas the closure is technically identical to standard atrial defect closure, the immediate and midterm beneficial results are presented.Entities:
