FigureAlignment of capsid genes of noroviruses isolated from humans and oysters in Denmark, showing regions in which sequence differences were detected. The chromatograms show the mixed bases in human 3 sample 2. Two reverse transcription PCR products of different size were identified in oyster sample D1; however, no apparent sequence differences were identified in the 2 products (D1a and D1b). Human 1 submitted only 1 fecal sample.
