Abstract
BACKGROUND: It has been revealed that Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin B (SEB) may feature anti-cancer and anti-metastatic advantages due to its ability to modify cell immunity processes and signaling pathways. Figure 1.U87 Cell Culture and Treatment With SEB
A U87 cell was cultured and treated with no (A); with distilled water as a control (B); with 0.5μg/mL (C); 1μg/mL (D); and 2 μg/mL (E) concentrations of SEB. The cells were cultured as a monolayer in microtitration plates and evaluated microscopically after 48 hours of exposure.

MTT assay results showed that SEB treatment at different times could significantly induce growth inhibitory effects on U87 cells in concentrations of 1 μg/mL and 2 μg/mL.
