Abstract
Behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia presents with progressive loss of social skills and cognition and is usually associated with asymmetric frontal or temporal lobe involvement. This article reports about a patient with a long history of anxiety disorder who later proceeded to develop behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia. Further discussion about selective specific network vulnerability and a possible link between these two conditions is provided.Entities:
