Abstract
BACKGROUND: Schizophrenia (SCZ) is a complex, heritable, and devastating psychiatric disorder. Recent genome-wide association studies have identified a single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP; rs10503253) in the CUB and SUSHI multiple domains 1 (CSMD1) gene as a risk factor for SCZ. In this study, we investigated whether the rs10503253 in CSMD1 contributes to the risk of SCZ in a Han Chinese population.Entities:
