Information characteristic of morphology of the adaptational norm, disadaptation, and pathology under the aspect of diagnostic microscopy.

Abstract

The information theory is introduced for the morphological description of adaptation and disadaptation processes. The introduction of an information characteristic set into the system of identification of microscopic images allows to standardize the approaches to the generalization of a morphometric data complex as well as to the evaluation of the irregularity degree of morphological systems with the adaptational norm, disadaptation, and pathology.
