Abstract
Inferior vena cava filters are commonly placed for a variety of indications, often when anticoagulation is contraindicated. Although technical success is high and complication rates low, there are complications that are important to be aware of. We present the case of a 29-year-old woman with a prolonged filter dwell time resulting in complications.Entities:
