| 3. Descending thoracic AA ≥ 5 cm | |
| 4. Descending thoracic pseudoaneurysm | |
| 5. Subacute or chronic type B, AD with symptoms | |
| 6. Suitable proximal and distal neck for EVAR | |

| 1. Creatinine level ≥ 2 mg/dL |
| 2. Patient preference for open surgery | |
| 3. Unsuitable peripheral arterial access | |
| 4. Unsuitable proximal and distal neck | |
| 5. Patient survival ≤ 1 year |
