Abstract
Olmesartan is an angiotensin II receptor antagonist which may cause severe sprue-like enteropathy with duodenal villous atrophy. Skin lesions may be associated as reported for the first time in our case. Clinicians should be informed of this side effect and its reversibility after suspension of the drug.Entities:
