Fig 2Multiple well-infiltrated, brown-violaceous plaques and nodules on the neck before initiation of the methotrexate (A). Twelve months after treatment with methotrexate, the lesions regressed dramatically. There remains scars of the initial biopsies with postinflammatory hyperpigmentation and some minimally inflamed macular lesions (B).
