Abstract
Left ventricular active fixation lead is fundamental for targeted pacing site. The challenge is the extraction but in our experience Attain(®) Stability™ was removed without any problem. As usual the lead can cause a thrombosis of the coronary vein but we performed a venoplasty in order to place again a lead in the target site and maintain the CRT response.Entities:
