Abstract
Postpneumonectomy-like syndrome is very rare disease caused by parenchymal lung disease. Here we present a case of surgical management of postpneumonectomy-like syndrome occurred by tuberculosis destroyed lung. A 43-year-old women with tuberculosis destroyed lung presented with dyspnea. She underwent surgery for extra-pleura dissection and implant a normal saline breast bag to reposition mediastinum. The patient is alive with stable pulmonary function.Entities:
