Abstract
BACKGROUND: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are suggested to be very important in the development of lung cancer. This study assesses the association between polymorphisms in miRNA-related (miR)-26a-1, miR-605, and miR-16-1 genes and risk of lung cancer, as well as the effect of gene-environment interaction between miRNA polymorphisms and cooking fume exposure on lung cancer.Entities:
