Abstract
We have developed a new ratiometric fluorescent probe composed of a coumarin-merocyanine dyad based on the FRET mechanism. The probe showed clear dual-emission signal changes in blue and red spectral windows upon addition of H2S in a dose dependent manner under a single wavelength excitation. The probe targeted mitochondria with high selectivity and sensitivity toward H2S.Entities:
