Abstract
Fertility is an important concern for many younger women with cancer; however, evidence suggests that these matters are often inadequately addressed, potentially with long-term implications for quality of life. Increased confidence in discussing fertility-related matters and an emphasis on early discussion and referral are needed to improve current practice. Further work is needed to better assess current practice and to explore how barriers to discussion about fertility preservation may be best overcome.Entities:
